Canadian Citizen’s Court Victory Leads To Ending Restrictions

An oil and gas worker from Alberta Canada named Patrick King, was fined $1,200 for breaking COVID-19 restrictions. Mr. King filed suit and issued a subpoena to Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer Deena Hinshaw. In the subpoena Patrick King requested documents showing “isolation of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in human beings.”

The medical officer was unable to provide such documentation, bringing into question the government’s justifications for issuing the restriction
